California man charged in stabbing attack on refugee families in Idaho

An Idaho man was arrested late Saturday after allegedly stabbing nine people at a low-income apartment complex where refugee families live.

Four of the victims suffered life-threatening injuries, according to police, and all nine were taken to a hospital.
