How Europe and the world reacted to Theresa May’s Brexit crisis

European governments and officials reacted to Britain’s Brexit turmoil with a mix of weary resignation and hints of schadenfreude in some quarters on Monday.
Donald Tusk, president of the European Council, appeared to suggest the resignations of David Davis and Boris Johnson could even spell the end of the Brexit project.
“Politicians come and go but the problems they have created for people remain,” he wrote in a tweet.
